The Champlain Housing Trust The Champlain Housing Trust was created out of a merger of the Burlington Community Land Trust and the Lake Champlain Housing Development Corporation to serve the housing needs of low and moderate income residents of northwestern Vermont. Over 2,000 individuals and families currently live in our affordable apartments, cooperatives, condominiums and single family homes.

The E.F. Schumacher Society - The E. F. Schumacher Society, named after the author of Small Is Beautiful: Economics As If People Mattered, is an educational non-profit organization founded in 1980. Our programs demonstrate that both social and environmental sustainability can be achieved by applying the values of human-scale communities and respect for the natural environment to economic issues.

Lincoln Institute of Land Policy - The Lincoln Institute of Land Policy is a nonprofit and tax-exempt educational institution established in 1974. Its mission as a school is to study and teach land policy, including land economics and land taxation.

The National Community Land Trust Network - The National Community Land Trust Network represents and promotes the interests of groups and individuals affiliated with community land trusts throughout North America. These include members of CLTs, staff and general supporters who align themselves with the CLT model of creating and preserving permanently affordable housing through the democratic stewardship of land.

National Housing Trust - The National Housing Trust (NHT) is a national nonprofit organization formed to preserve and improve affordable multifamily homes for low and moderate income use. They pursue their mission to save this housing on behalf of the families and seniors who live there.

NeighborWorks® - The NeighborWorks network is a nationwide network of more than 230 community development organizations working in nearly 2,700 urban, suburban and rural communities across America.

Opportunity Finance Network - formerly known as National Community Capital Association (NCCA), is a network of more than 160 private-sector community development financial institutions (CDFIs) that provides financing, training, consulting, and advocacy for CDFIs.

PolicyLinkPolicyLink is a national nonprofit research, communications, capacity building, and advocacy organization working to advance policies to achieve economic and social equity.

Washington Mutual - WAMU is a national financial services company that provides a diversified line of products and services to consumers and small- to mid-sized businesses.
