The following
resources, many written by staff of the Institute for Community Economics (ICE), provide valuable information about
affordable housing and community economic development issues. Also included
are technical guides for community land trusts (CLTs) and those interested
in establishing CLTs. Descriptions of ICE's
mission and program can be found in program brochures, ICE Update, and ICE's
current annual report - all available upon request.

heartfelt portrait of 18 families and the community land trust that
brought them together in one neighborhood Full color photos of the

narrative reveals the struggles and triumphs of individuals with no prior
