How You Can Help
Donate to ICE's
Annual Fund
Your tax-deductible gift will support ICE's ongoing efforts to provide
technical and financial assistance to groups creating permanently
affordable housing for people and families with lower incomes
throughout the country.
Invest in ICE's
Revolving Loan Fund
ICE's Revolving Loan Fund builds a bridge between socially concerned
investors and grassroots organizations revitalizing and strengthening
their communities. Since its creation in 1979, ICE's Revolving Loan
Fund has loaned more than $42 million, representing over 430 loans to
community organizations in 30 states and facilitating the development
of more than 4,400 housing units. For more information, see Becoming an Investor.
Invite an ICE
representative to speak to your civic, social, or religious group
ICE staff are available to speak with groups that may
have an interest in our work. Screening ICE's video, Home and Hands: Community Land
Trusts in Action, is an excellent way to illustrate the
vitality and importance of our mission.
Volunteer your
time
ICE greatly appreciates the skills, experience, and judgment our volunteers
bring to the organization on many diverse levels. If you live in the
western Massachusetts
area, we are seeking volunteers who can assist ICE staff with major
mailings and outreach efforts.
Host a small
house party to introduce your friends and colleagues to ICE
Again, ICE's video, Home and
Hands: Community Land Trusts in Action, is a great way to
introduce your friends and colleagues to ICE and the community land
trust movement.
